Description
The MacBook (13” Late 2006) was a speed bump on the original MacBooks released earlier in the year. New, faster Intel Core2 Duo processors were brought to the line. The first configuration ran at 1.83Ghz, had 60Gb of hard drive space, 512Mb of RAM and had a Combo drive. The midrange model ran at 2.0Ghz, had 80 Gb of hard drive space, 1Gb of RAM and a SuperDrive. The high-end model, once again, was in black, ran at 2.0Ghz, had 120Gb of hard drive space, 1Gb of RAM and a SuperDrive.
History
Following the release of the MacBook, the MacBook (13” Late 2006) upgraded the Intel processor chips and increased speeds throughout the line.
